Positions:

Office Administrator/Junior Bookkeeper

We are currently looking for an administrator/junior bookkeeper to join our team located at our office in Dandenong South.

You will play an essential role in our office and this role will you see working across a diverse range of functions, encompassing administrative and accounts duties.

Your Key Responsibilities would be:

  • Accounts receivable and payable duties
  • Sending weekly invoices and Statement to customers
  • Setting up new customer account in the system and updating customer and supplier information if needed
  • Processing credit claims for customer
  • Processing credit account application
  • Debt collection
  • Processing supplier invoices and reconciling supplier statement
  • Promptly attending to customer and supplier enquiry
  • Some Bank reconciliations
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Manager and other administrative team members
  • Filing all the documents

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • General knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Outlook

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar role
  • SAP Business One experience would be ideal

Internal Sales Person

We are currently looking for an internal sales person to join our team at Dandenong South.

As a member of the Internal Sales team, you will be responsible for the preparation of accurate quotes and liaising with customers to report job status, placing orders, responding to incoming calls and making out-bound calls and also ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed in a professional and timely manner.

Ideally candidates will come from a Customer Service/Internal Sales role with experience in the manufacturing, building, and construction industry sales. A proficiency in Microsoft applications, SAP and an electrical understanding will be well regarded, but not essential.

Possessing exceptional interpersonal, communication & internal selling skills, you will have a passion for customer service/internal sales, a strong work ethic and an ability to work within in a team environment. Your passion and can-do attitude and sales ability will see you stand out in this position. This role will from time to time, be required to assist the customer service team, however it is not the core duty of the role.

Warehouse / Store Person

Store Persons are required to complete variety of tasks,

Your workday could include:

  • Pick, pack and dispatch with forklift licence.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Completing a range of additional tasks to support the team including replenishment, picking, and palatalising goods as well as forklift operations.
  • Working hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Basic computer computer skills required (i.e., using a web browser to input data).

Suitable candidates for these roles will have:

  • Recent work experience in an industrial setting (production, manufacturing or trade roles.
  • Ability to undertake a day shift
  • Level of physical fitness and strength required.
  • Excellent attendance, reliability and attention to detail.
  • Forklift licence.
  • Basic knowledge of a Windows PC and accessing the internet.

Assembly and Process Work

Assembly Line Workers required to complete variety of tasks,

Your workday could include:

  • Assembly of aluminum, Plastic and/or electrical components.
  • Use of power tools and hand tools
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Completing a range of additional tasks to support the team including replenishment, picking, stacking and palletizing goods as well as forklift operations.
  • Working day shifts skills and experience.

Suitable candidates for these roles will have:

  • Recent work experience in an industrial setting (production, manufacturing or trade roles.
  • Ability to undertake a day shift
  • Level of physical fitness and strength required.
  • Excellent attendance, reliability and attention to detail.

Skilled Assembly and Process Work

Skilled Assembly Line Workers are required to complete variety of tasks.

Your workday could include:

  • Assembly of wood, aluminum and plastic components.
  • Use of power tools and hand tools for wooden and metal parts.
  • Attention to detail for creating high quality products.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Completing a range of additional tasks to support the team including replenishment, picking, stacking and palletizing goods as well as forklift operations.
  • Working day shifts skills and experience.

Suitable candidates for these roles will have:
